Return & Refund Policy

At QiK-Fix, we operate a 30-day Satisfaction Guaranteed return policy to ensure you are completely confident in your purchase. Whether you have changed your mind or encountered a technical fault, we provide a streamlined and professional resolution process.

1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your goods.

  • Once you have notified us of your intent to cancel, you have a further 16 days to return the items to our facility.

2. Unwanted Goods (Up to 30 Days)

Beyond your statutory rights, our Voluntary Returns Policy allows you to return unwanted items within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Condition: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. Original packaging must be intact for all new items.
  • Refunds: We will refund the full price paid for the items.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • If your return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery and the items are received by us within the following 7 days, we will refund the cost of the standard delivery option (provided no other items from the same order are being retained).
    • For requests made after 7 days, the original delivery charge and the cost of returning the item to us remain the responsibility of the customer.

3. Faulty Goods

If you receive an item that is defective or faulty upon arrival, the following terms apply:

  • Notification: You must inform us of the fault within 14 calendar days of receipt to claim a full refund or exchange.
  • Return Window: You have a further 16 days to return the faulty item following your notification.
  • Requirements: Goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation.
  • Resolution: Once the fault is verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund. This includes the original postage cost plus the return postage (based on the standard delivery option) via your original payment method.
  • Extended Faults: For goods identified as faulty after the initial 30-day period, a replacement only will be issued.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed efficiently, you must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (#RA Number) prior to shipping.
