Refund Policy
At QiK-Fix, we aim to process all refunds efficiently and transparently. Please review the following terms regarding our refund procedures and your responsibilities as a customer.
1. General Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Credit Card Refunds: Refunds will be issued strictly to the same credit card used for the initial transaction.
- Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to notify our support team of any changes to your financial details (e.g., if a bank account or card has been closed) prior to the refund being initiated.
2. Processing Times
- Arrival & Inspection: We aim to process returns on the day they arrive at our facility. However, please allow 1–2 working days for full processing, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Transaction Time: Once processed by our team, refunds can take up to 2 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your provider.
- Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirmation once your refund has been officially processed.
3. Essential Return Requirements
Important: Please contact our customer service team to obtain authorization prior to returning any items.
- Required Documentation: All returns must be accompanied by your full details, order number, and valid proof of purchase. This allows us to identify which account to credit.
- Incomplete Returns: Any return received without the required information will be rejected.
- Holding Period: Unidentified returns will be held by QiK-Fix for a maximum of 30 days while we await the necessary information from you. Items not reclaimed within this 30-day window will be disposed of, and the return case will be closed without further action or refund.
4. Return Postage Reimbursements
We will refund your return shipping costs (up to our standard delivery rate) under the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect item.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- The item does not match the product description provided.
Pre-paid Options: In accordance with your statutory rights for incorrect or faulty goods, we may offer a pre-paid carrier label. If a pre-paid option is unavailable and your return costs exceed our standard delivery rate, please Contact Us to discuss a refund for reasonable additional postage expenses.
Note: Valid proof of postage is required to process any additional shipping reimbursements.
